Here’s to the crazy ones, the home roasters, the coffee rebels, the coffee fanatics, the bean heads covered with a smoke from a freshly roasted batch… the ones who see coffee differently — they’re not fond of stale or old… You can laugh at them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them, but the only thing you can’t do is ignore them because they smoke up the neighbourhood with amazing aromas of freshly roasted coffee … they push the human race forward, and while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see magicians, because only magicians are crazy enough to think that they can turn a green seed into a magic coffee that will change your world… well, at least improve your morning.
