This was one of the best light roast coffees I’ve ever had. Normally I prefer a dark roast bean for the flavor and will tolerate a light roast when I need a bit more caffeine than usual, but this was a light roast bean that was just as complex and flavorful (if not more so) than a lot of the brands I usually buy.  Coffee is a large part of my family’s culture and I’ve had a lot of coffee in a lot of the countries around the world where it is also. Given all of that, I’d say these beans produce a cup of coffee that could rival any I’ve had in Italy, France, Spain, Mexico, etc. and I’m looking forward to trying out their other roasts.
