About this limited edition:
Since 1888, the Guirola family has been passionate about the cultivation of Coffee, their great-grandfather Ángel Guirola, one of the pioneers of coffee growing, founded the farm of an area of 154 Ha.  This coffee is grown in rich volcanic soil along with year-round diligence and attention to their needs.  The growing altitudes range between 4,265 to 5,577 feet (1,300 - 1,700 m) above sea level on the slopes of the San Salvador Volcano.
