Our roaster usually roasts the Roaster's Choice as a light roast, but this edition of our Roaster's Choice is a full-bodied dark roast coffee with our signature espresso profile.  It has no bitter bite – just a nice, smooth finish! It is a great coffee for a pour-over or  espresso.
