The first direct trade coffee for home roasters
CUPPING NOTES: Milk chocolate, marzipan and dried fig in the aftertaste
PROCESS: Sun-dried natural
VARIETAL: Blend of Peaberry coffees
A peaberry is a natural mutation of the coffee bean inside its cherry. Normally coffee beans have two seeds in each fruit, flat against each other like halves of a peanut. The exception is 5% of the world’s coffee, which has only a single seed which we call peaberry or as our roaster likes to call them “the lonely bean”.
They taste noticeably sweeter, brighter and more flavorful than standard-issue beans.
THE FAIREST WAY TO BUY COFFEE IS DIRECTLY FROM THE FARMER.
