Farm Blend

$15.99 available on subscription
With natural notes of chocolate & fruit. Savor the naturally sweet flavors of chocolate and fruit. It is a balanced blend of some of the best varietals at the farm!  This dark roasted Farm Blend is powerful, for those who enjoy strong coffee. Net weight: 12 OZ (340G) In other words, you will be able to brew 25 cups (8oz) of coffee, which means a cup of coffee nirvana will cost you $0.52. That is not bad for an awesome cup of coffee. Don't you agree? Dark but less oils? Our low emission roaster utilizes convection heat and provides an oxygen-less roasting environment. In it, the heat consistently penetrates the core of the coffee beans and develops a more aromatic and flavorful coffee. The Farm Blend dark roast will present a lighter color when compared to coffees roasted in traditional coffee roasters. Are coffee oils bad? YES! They destroy coffee equipment like grinders and espresso makers. For instance, super-automatic espresso makers are very sensitive to coffee oils. They also cause coffee beans to become rancid very fast, and that's not good for the flavor nor your health. We do everything to minimize oils on the surface of the beans.

Espresso Blend

$15.99 available on subscription
European style espresso from our farm.  Enjoy a smooth, intense rich dark chocolate, super creamy body and massive crema on this espresso. Valerian (our founding roaster) is originally from the old continent and he has a very hard time to find good espresso in the USA. The modern espresso has too much acidity and the old USA school roasts the coffee too dark and it tastes ashy. Also, where is the silky mouthfeel?  Unhappy with available espresso in the states, Valerian started to develop a roast profile which will remind him of his times in cafes in Europe watching the fast passing world, while sipping rich chocolaty espresso. And here it is. Roasted to perfection.  This popular roast profile has been carefully passed down to Unleashed's new roaster, Kelly, to ensure customers are enjoying tasty espresso as if they were in Europe cafe! Whether you are a coffee nerd pulling your shots on La Marzocco, or an experimenteur playing with analog espresso like ROK coffeemaker or you are a person who just pushes a button on their super automatic espresso maker, this espresso blend will work. Net weight: 12 OZ (340G)

Mini Me

$16.99 available on subscription
BODY: Medium ACIDITY: Citric TASTING NOTES: Sweet, milk chocolate, fruity, ripe fruit, caramel, butter, sweet lemon PROCESS: Sun-dried natural VARIETAL: Peaberry FARMER: Fazenda Mandara, Brazil I am Mini Me. I may be tiny, but I am packed with personality.  Drip coffee lovers, looking for strong chocolate and fruit flavors in their cup, will fall in love with me! Peaberry coffee (a.k.a. moka, mocha, moca beans) is our wildcard coffee. A peaberry is a natural mutation of the coffee bean inside its cherry. Normally coffee beans have two seeds in each fruit, flat against each other like halves of a peanut. These beans are rare, typically 5-8% of any given single varietal. Thus, this is a mix of all peaberries from the farm's best lots. Year over year, this complex mix delivers very distinct flavor profiles.  They taste noticeably sweeter, brighter and more flavorful than standard-issue beans. Net weight: 12 OZ (340G)

Mundo Novo

$16.99 available on subscription
With natural notes of chocolate and almonds. Enjoy a smooth, chocolaty and nutty cup of Mundo Novo. This coffee is very versatile and offers an amazing taste regardless of the brew method. This coffee is roasted medium dark to highlight its rich chocolate and almond notes. Pull delicious espresso shots or brew an amazing cup using your drip coffee maker. The Mundo Novo varietal is a natural cross between Red Bourbon and Typica from Sumatra, first documented in 1940. This resistant varietal is popular in the micro region around the farm and regularly makes appearances at the Brazilian Cup of Excellence contest. Our farmer's Mundo Novo plantation is at the entrance of the farm, next to a 50-year Eucalyptus plantation. It covers the top of two hills and is almost split in half by a beautiful water spring, which supplies delicious, clean water to the farm house. Net weight: 12 OZ (340G)
