Enjoy refreshing cold brewed coffee right in your own home! Our cold brew kit comes with 2 lbs. of ground Harvest Blend, a box of Finum compostable filters, two Clicks (filter holders), and one Planetary Design Coffee Scoop. Unlike iced coffee which is brewed hot over ice, cold brew will last in your refrigerator for up to two weeks! Cold brew is the best way to make coffee once and have it last throughout your whole work week or longer (depending upon how much you make)!
Each Finum compostable filter will make 1 liter of cold brew at a 1:15 ratio. To make 2 liters, use 2 filters with 2 “clicks.”
Step 1: Fill filter bag(s) with 5 flat scoops of coffee each.
Step 2: Close the filter using the filter click.
Step 3: Hang coffee bag(s) in a corresponding sized pitcher.
Step 4: Fill with water and let sit on the counter for 12 hours or in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
